On March 3 I purchased a "pet tent" from nomorerack for $13.00. My little dog is only 8 lbs. I never dreamed that I would receive a Pet Tent that is smaller than a salesman sample! My lttle dog is too big for this SO CALLED Pet Tent. The little door to enter is less than 6" tall... Maybe good for a hamster...
I could not find a phone number for nomorerack because a customer can only email customer service and wait... I waited two days for a response. A csr named ANNIE told me that I can return the item, but no money back. Only a credit. And was stuck with shipping charges both ways. I paid with Paypal so I opened a case with them and they are handling this.
NOMORERACK does not stand behind their products. They sell items from sellers all over the world. This item came from the seller, someone called Lu Xiao, 189 Fengqi Rd. 4-2023, HangZhouShi ZHEJIANG, China 310019. This was comoleteand total MISREPRESENTATION and FRAUD!
