I went for hair cut that was not to change my current hair style. The stylist did not listen to me when I told her that I DID NOT WANT THE BACK OF MY HEAD SHAVED. She assurred me that I not have a shaved back of my head. To make matters worse it was shaved up to middle of my head and was uneven. I was not pleased and was told that it will grow back in two weeks. I returned to the shop today a day later to have the manager Marian Hamilton tell that uneven cut could not be crrected until it grows out unless it is cut even shorter. I am devistatated at the way she ruined my hair style. I was refunded the amount I paid. The slip charged me for a style. My coupon was to include a wash, cut and lite dry for 11.95. The final bill came to 17.95, charging me 6.00 for the so called style that I did not ask for. I feel that I am a victum of poor haircutting as well as false advertising on the coupon. I did not ask her to restyle my hair, just a trim. I believe that I should be compensated for such poor work and casual attitude about the entire event.
