No answer no customer service no parts

I ordered parts for my restoration project back in march, part (2pcs.) of the order arrived one week later and 75% of the order was backordered". My project has been on hold and I have tried everyday to get in contact with customer service to let me know what is going on, at this point I want to cancel the order and do business with another vendor.
