Online reconciling of our business checking account we noticed a charge of 29.95, retrieved the draft, a Check Conversion Voucher, from Alliance in the amount of 29.95 We called 877 886 0144 @245pm AZ time on Nov 14 - spoke with Paul who talked in circles and finally stated that a refund would post back to our account in 5 to 15 days. Paul stated that this was a monthly subscription charge initiated from a phone call made on 9 26 2012 at 1:45 A.M. Yeah right, get the bong.
December 10 called again & spoke w baah bah ganoosh who apologized for the delay, said refunds were being delayed out of Great Britain, Alliance is a 3rd party billing processor, it is now going to take 15 to 30 BUSINESS days for the refund. Next called the AZ State Attorney General office & filed a complaint.
January 17 1:00pm AZ time called Alliance & spoke with RAJNISH who said refund was made it is my bank's fault because they allowed the debit to be made in the first place. Since refund has not been received we need to wait another 15 to 30 business days. Called the AZ State Atty General Office who said unless I fill out a long informational form there is nothing they can do. I could file a civil lawsuit though. Since when is banking a civil matter? What does it take to get people in law enforcement to uphold the law? Perhaps the office should be eliminated? There is no information to provide to AZ SAGO as ALLIANCE states they are a 3rd party administrator who does not, or will not, provide names, addresses, alleged product purchased. What would it take to get the AZ SAGO to call 877 886 0144, and protect its citizens as it is sworn to do?
