Alliance Charge internet company somehow was able to make what they call a check conversion voucher automatic deduction for $29.95 from my checking account.
I have no idea who Alliance Charge is, or how they got my account routing info? When I called my bank they didn't know any more than I did, but did give me a toll free telephone number for the company. The number turned out to be a company in India called Billing Solutions which handles billing for this Alliance company. So I filed a complaint with them, only to find out later (from Billing Solutions) that this Alliance Charge company couldn't refund my money electronically and wanted my address so they could send me a refund check.
That's where I'm at now, and I see that I'm not the only one. It's funny because when you go to the Alliance Charge website they say that the $29.95/month subscription charge is for protection from fraud on the internet, while they seem to be the ones doing the scamming.
