I called to get help with an Ipad that was a Christmas gift. I was told there would be a one time charge of $99.00 yet you have charged me twice for this. I do not want this service and want it stopped this very date. I will contact my bank and let them know that I have told you not to withdrawn any more money and if you do I will file a complaint against you. I agreed for the one time charge not once monthly charge.
