I purchased my daughter a Android table for Christmas. It arrived the day before Christmas. She was very excited to have a tablet, but hours later she was already having problems out if it. I called Nomorerack and they were quick to tell me how to return the item at my expense. I went ahead and shipped the item back at a cost to me of 8.33 which they claim they would reimburse me for. I check my USPS tracking # and on Saturday (1/12), they tried to return it but the company was closed. I have been calling customercare, but of course they claim I have to email customercare to handle returns. I'm confused, weren't you all the same ones that verbally gave me the instructions to send it back. Now you can't call the post office and reschedule delivery? I can't speak with a supervisor. I spoke w/Gabrielle on 1/14 and she was unhelpful. Today I spoke w/a Precious (that she is) and she hung up on me. Not even mad about that seeing as she's probably frustrated she is making 10.00/hr. I asked Precious could I speak w/a supervisor and she claimed she was the superviosor. What a surprise??? She explained that they were a call center, middle man, blah, blah, blah and so forth. I asked her what was another phone # to try and thats when the call was disconnected. Now my only recourse is to call these corporate #s I found and bug the shit out of them for my refund, so I can purchase my daughter a real working tablet from a reputable online service. Talk about horrible customerservice. Android Tablet = 78.00, USPS shipping to send item back 8.33, lesson learned =PRICELESS. NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, buy from these crooks again. Stay with Amazon and Overstock who have great customer service and true return policies.
