Took money from my account but no goods. I tried to cancel but could not get ion touch with anyone. Finally got through to young lady called Bethan, she apologized and promised me a full no quibble refund in 8/10 days, this did not happen. I have continued ringing them but keep getting cut off after the electronic message. It is now January 14 still no refund and still no contact I think they have now block my number as I cant even get to the message.
