Diane Young Took $99.00 from bank account without authorization

I applied for a payday loan. This company responded and advised me that I had been approved for a loan of $500.00. I was in great need of the loan. They told me that I would be receiving the contract via email and that I had to sign and fax the paperwork. I agreed. I gave them the account information. They also gave me a contact number to reach them.

I waited for the email so that I could read it, sign it, and fax it back. I never received anything. I called the number they gave, 646-845-1910 and I got a message from a distance saying that they were busy and to leave a message at the beep. After that, I received a message that stated that the mailbox was full. I couldn't leave a message.

Our account was then deducted $99. There was a number that was given and I called and it was yourcustomerservice online. I called and a lady answered and stated that the representatives were busy and she could take a message and they would call back in 48 hours.

I left a message stating that our account was deducted and I wanted a refund and I was going to report them. The lady gave me a name and where they were located at.
