My deceased wife's ford windstar minivan has dissapeared from the lot at carriage ford. They tell me they are not responsible for any car at any time on their property. Private insurance (YOURS!!!) handles claims. Her ashes were in there and i cannot drive them to her final wish destination. Mr book invited me to sue him and said no matter what, they will not be responsible. Our family boufgt the first car there 30 yrs. Ago and we are consistent and loyal customers. So much for good business.
