I bought a h20x5 steam mop it leaked water and had a faulty electric plug which sparks came out of so I returned as asked to Liberascelta london, I have had no reply to my 4-5 e - mails and no refunds this site must be removed as it sells dangerous goods and soon someone will get hurt
