I purchased an X5 Styeam Mop from this company on 18/10 - Its a SCAM. The X5 Steam kop delivered did not work, i was therefore told to return the product to an address in London costing me £8.80. They are now sayin the product has not been returned - there English is pathetic - i have sent numerous e-mails trying to get my money back but have no Joy. Do not use this site - they are conartists!
