Last year At&t have a promotion about free gateway but I have to pay $10 for 10 months before they give me back a $100. So is kind of like a rebate. The lady who I talk to get my internet service start tell me tell to call in after my first month. After a first month I call in and ask why I pay $10 more than what they tell me so they say is like a rebate so I have to pay extra $10 for 10 months. They tell me to not worry because after 10 months they will automaticlly send me back a $100 gift card. After 11 months I call back and ask when they gonna send to me and they say they already did but dont know how much were in there. I wait a month later and nothing happen so I call again but then they kept transfer me and say is not their apartment. Now Im with them for almost 2 years and still no rebate on my gateway moderm! Im tired of calling especially no result to it and seen like no one can solve my problem or atleast they dont want to since they dont want to give me back my money!
