I purchased the H20X5 Steam Mop on the above date. I had borrowed my daughters, and was so impressed, wanted one myself. My daughter bought from Thane Direct for £99. So went onto the internet, and was pleased to find one for this price, including delivery, l was saving almost £30. However, had an email confirming purchase, which I did pay through Paypal, so hoping they can help me but it did not arrive. I have 3 emails telling me it has been despatched on the 13th, 20th and 24th of Oct, still no delivery. So emailed them again yesterday, saying where is it, and they replied to day, with they do want to anwer my question, but cannot do so, because they cannot get a reply from their courier - Qualle. I cannot find a courier called Qualle.
So am thinking this is a scam, although they are advertising lots of products on their website, and also have a foreign website as well. I think I would like my money now returned, Although they give the London address on their invoice, there is not phone number, or fax number, just a series of 0's where the numbers should be, Unfortunately I did not see that, or perhaps it would have made me rethink my purchase
