I ordered free trial samples from Vitalyze skin and Sylkskin. Before my 2 orders were received at a cost of $2.95 each 2 secondary charges were charged to my credit card in the amount of $79.87 twice. This was within a 2 week period of ordering the trial offer. I right away cancelled the account because they had no authorization to do so. When I received the 2 new products I returned them on October 22, with a return merchandise #. This was October 22. After 14 phone calls, that's right 14 no lie, I am still getting the response of a credit is being issued or "upper management will contact you". Whatever you do do not order anything from these people
