Back in September I ordered 2 free trial samples 1 of Vitalyze skin & 1 of Sylkskin as they recommended that you use both together for best results. I received my samples at the beginning of October and tried them out but was not that impressed & also one of the dispensers was only part filled. I did not bother to reorder the products. I didn't think anymore of it until I came back from my holiday in late November. I checked my bank account and was shocked to find that they had taken 2 payments of £65.31 & £64.67 from my bank account in Oct and further 3 payments of £65.00, £64.67 & £64.67 on the 7th & 11th Dec. I have phoned Visa Debit and they say they cannot do anything because of the terms & conditions that I was not aware of at the time of ordering. They say that they can't stop the payments coming out of my account so I have had to cancel my Debit card. How can they be allowed to get away with this. This is money I cannot afford to lose.
