I ordered the trial size of the Sylkskin and the trial size of the Vitalyze skin. I have a bill for shipping of 2.95 each. So far almost 30 days later I have only received the Sylkskin and was charged $4.00, have not received Vitalyze Skin and am now seeing a charge of 68.67 for a pre-order which I absolutley never signed up for. I have the receipt and order I palced and no where does it state this. This is fraudulent and this business should be shut down for taking advantage of so many people. This is a big scam and needs to be reported to the better business bureau immediately.
I am going to try calling and emailing the number and email address on my electronic bill;
