On Sept. 10 I ordered a trial size of sylkskin and vitalyze skin products for $2.95 each. Before I even received my trial offer which is supposed to take 7-10 days my credit card was charged with two more items at 79.87 each on Sept 26 and Sept 29. My first phone call to the co. Was on September 28 questioning how they could charge me without further authorization and when I receive the order I would be cancelling the account and returning the items. I have made 14 phone calls, yes 14 calls no lie, and the answer is either upper management will get back to me or the credit will be processed in 2 days, or that day etc. Well today I lost it and told them to stop lying to me there is no upper management in the office and to give me their number or to have them call me. I was assured that by the end of the day I would be contacted. Funny no contact. I asked them why would I take the time to get and RMA #, (Which is required to return an item, they do not tell you that my credit card company advised me of that and to spend all this time after 14 calls of at least 30 minutes each if I did in fact not return the items. Same answer upper management is investigating. Please do not order from this company
