On August 31 I ordered a $2.95 trial offer of sylkskin and vitalyze cream according to the advertisement. When the package arrived I had to pay duty and shipping of $21.36. On October 1 I received another package in the mail requesting the same amount of duty and the cost of the product was $79.95. I refused it and same was returned to the company. I received my Visa bill and now have been charged the $79.95. This is fraud.
