I placed a call using my credit card on a Bell payphone on Dec. 21st. Both times the call never reached its destination. The call would be dialed 4 times and then disconnect. This happened twice. I called the same number after reaching my destination and those people said the phone never rang on their end. I contact winmactel and they said that according to their records the call went through both times and that it was up to the owner of the payphone to connect the call. After politely arguing with the operator I was to be given a 30% discount and that it would appear on my next credit statement. They also wanted a contact number in case they need to contact me regarding this issue. I explained to them that as a concerned citizen I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
