I was at montreal airport and needed to make a call. The number was a long distance. (calling from 514 to 450) I used a BELL public payphone. After dialing the number, I was asked by an automated message to deposit 5$ or hang up. I did not use their operator. I used the BELL payphone like I always used a payphone. Anyway, the call lasted less than a minute and my credit card statement shows that they charged me 11.69$ Only after arguing loudly with a representative and telling them that I was going to take them to court they offered me a 35% discount! (thanks to scambook, I read another person's complaint and this is what they did and got that same 35% discount.) TOTAL SCAM!!! No matter what they say, if I would have paid cash, my call would have been 5$
