Apparently, knocking on a door is too difficult

On a day when my spouse had specifically arranged to be home to accept a package, there was no attempt to notify us that the delivery person was attempting to deliver the package. No knock on the door or any other efforts were made.

We had both been following the tracking information details and were fully expecting the package on that day because of the information on the FedEx website.

For a company that does one thing, the delivery of packages, it boggles my mind that a delivery person couldn't be bothered to knock on a door.

After calling the number for the local FedEx location where the package was being delivered from, I was told that I had no ability to pick up this package and was not provided with the hours that this location was open.

I was met with shameful service all around. I will actively sellers who ship with FedEx and have no other shipping option.
