S the worst place to work at and if you think you will be judged by your work and not by how long you work, then you are wrong.
The owner is full of it, he fires and lets people go for the dumbest things and the only word the managers know there is "Your Fired".
That's all they talk about, if you don't do this Your Fired, if you mess up on this Your Fired, if you don't come to work because they messed up the schedule and did not have anybody on, Your Fired and they talk to you like you are 4 years old.
I have never seen a place like this before in my life, no wonder they have had workers coming in and out of this place, the owner has no clue of how to run a business, he even told us that if we go over our scheduled time, we should clock out and work for free.
THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW and that is why I was let go because I did not clock out and work for free and you are suppose to be given 90 days before a decision is made on your job, I was let go before 50 days and I was a Supervisor before and took Management classes so I know how things are suppose to be and that place does everything wrong.
They just lost 24 customers because after I told my wife, mother in law and friends about this place, they vowed to never go there again and neither will I!
