Dunkin Donuts does not care about their employees, therefore the employees don't care about the customers. You're better off going to starbucks where there will be a better chance of better service because you know why? Starbucks actually cares for its employees by offering benefits and other bonuses. It provides a better incentive to be a good employee. Dunkin Donuts has none of these, it's not really corporate based, more like individual owner based. So it wouldn't matter if the owner is a douchebag, the employees work under very stressful conditions with no real work ethic. And they hire just about anybody, so chances are you'll be served by someone who's going no where in life.in my opinion, if dunkin donuts wants better reviews... They need to invest in their employees. They are one of the most greediest companies in the world. They need to be shut down.
