Bought and PREPAID a 3 year policy. Was promised 3 free visits and included pool and spa. When called for repair, Contractor demanded gating paid for coming out in-spite of contract. Regardless of contract stating to the contrary. Contractor did nothing saying that we do not have pool coverage, in-spite of policy specifically providing for pool AND spa. Paid from pocket for repair. When I had a spa problem, I was told coverage was EITHER pool or spa (though contract clearly says pool AND spa). Had to pay second time for the visit which accomplished nothing. Have now contracted with private company for repairs. Am considering a Law suit against Colonial. For fraudulant sales tactics. Anyone wants to join? Or is there a governmental agency to complain?
