Won't fix improperly installed pool

They installed pool sides bowed out, shifted deck, they said they would fix at pool closing at end of season they closed pool didn't repair sides.

They said they would repair pool (4/05) in may now (5/28) they say they aren't going to do anything.

Pool is shoving deck, top rails are bent, and they got their money and don't care
