Rude, clueless employees that also accuse me of coupon fraud!

My family and I was shopping at the Walmart in the bellingham, WA location on Sunday January 6th @5:15am as I do every week. We had seven (7) coupons for the Sauve hand lotion that had a value of $1.00 off one excluding trial/travel size. Now the trial size is 2 ouce and the one we wanted to purchase with the coupon was the 3 ouce, knowing Walmart have a bad reputation with customers, coupons etc... We bring forward a tube of the trial/travel size Sauve hand lotion to show the cashier named Teresa (OP#00005147).

Just as we predicated she said the 3 ouce was the trial/travel size and we disputed with her over it and showed her the 2oz trial size. She then phoned another cashier named Charlene who also gave the same song and dance and again we stood our ground. At this time the cashier named Teresa made an implication that all seven (7) of my coupons were duplicates, how dare she accuse me of committing coupon fraud. I had to point out to her lack of knowledge that each coupon have a unique number and each are different from each other, then both Teresa and Charlene said that my item must look like the photo on the coupon. At this time, my husband took out his Iphone and start recording everything, then those two smart people said to him that he can't use his camera and for him to put it away. When did Walmart start banning people from using and carrrying their cellular phones in their stores, I bet this store won't have even one customer in their store if nobody is allowed to carry their cell phone in the store. What a bunch of imbeciles, Charlene went to the office and ask a manager and after an eternity came back and said the manager said it's ok to put through two at a time. We had five of us on this shopping trip so the cashier did four transactions, did not apology for anything.

The last drama I had was at the Burlington, WA Walmart where the front manager said that "limit one per purchase" on the coupon means one coupon for the whole transaction. Yep, she said "per purchase" means "per transaction", we had to stand our ground that time too. I told her to go ask her manager and she said she was the manager and I told her again " go ask your manager what limit per purchase" means. She came back fifteen minutes later with her manager, while her manager was there she ok the cashier all my coupons. With her manager there, I took out my walmart print out of the coupon policy, and point out the line that says " there's no limit of coupons per transaction". She still did not like to be proven wrong and walked away without any apology except her manager.

I find every shopping trip at walmart is like a drama, every cashier doesn't know the store's coupon policy. They are usually very rude and do not give a *%ck. My husband thinks I'm wasting my time again by writing about this incident and walmart doesn't care either about their customers. If anyone have listen to any of the complaints, things would have improve by now.

I do not find it amusing that walmart's employee accuse my coupons being duplicates of each other without looking at the coupons throughly, that's why we are always ready to film everything in case I need to sue the company for defamation of character and making false accusations.

In conclusion, Walmart has the worst employees and they treat us like criminals!!!
