Called local store switched to India unknown to me order not processed correctly nightmare ensued - Samsung TV

Called sears 914 644-1457 ordered a samsung 46 inch tv set. Told by customer rep had 1 in nanuet store it would be delivered monday, installed and old set hauled away. I would be getting call sunday for delivery time to have appointment set. I was on phone 1 hour ordering as agent tried to get delivered as in nanuet. I wanted my tv hauled away agent said only way to have delivered, hauled away was to chose pricey installment package of 100 i said ok. Gave credit card made purchase said would send me email recipt in 10 minutes. Email ssaid i had to go to nanuet to pickup tv which was not the agreement so i called back then toldi could not deal with the 914 phone number because i had apparently been outsoruced to INDIA though calling local store!!! Next day i spent 2 hours talking to escalation dept 800 497 4402 spoke to kimberlyn after speaking to sears store over 1 hour said nothing could do for me at 914 phone. Kimberlyn at escalation changed to delivery after 1 hour on phone and said odessus consulting would contact me sunday to set up appt. Sunday came and went no call from odessus so i called 3 times left messages no response. Tv supposed to be delivered next day monday waited all day and left 3 messages while calling installation number. When called sears that delivery never came was given installation acces s number i was transfered to it waited 50 minutes no one came to phone. I called 3 times during day the tv never came. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this issue to simply have tv delievered and installed. Wasted whole day waiting for tv the installer couldn't be bothered to call and let sears or me know wasn't coming. ONly one person took my call seriously an operator named rasheed i think who waited with me until escalation dept answered and i was more then pissed by the time he got me. Gina at escalation told me i was first on line for deliever on wed but to have me go thru these lengts just to have tv delivered is just reprehensible this was by far the worst experience i have had in purchasing a product.
