Blocked my New Checking Account - Free Checking

I just opened a checking account with Citibank in October. I then opened a savings account with them in December. On Christmas Day I signed into my account to see my balance and told me to call a number which I did. They said they needed a copy of my DL and SS card which I sent when I opened my account but refaxed 3 times to them. After I got an email stating my account was open and fine my Debit Card got denied. After many call's and hours on the phone they advised me I also needed my marriage license which they never told me to begin with. Now 4 day's later and my Direct Deposit was suppose to go through today (Friday) my account is still blocked and they told me to check back on Monday to see if they returned my deposit to my employer which they would have to cut me a check but not till Tuesday until the block falls off which takes they said upto 48 hours. Now I am not rich I depened on my paycheck since I have 2 children. I am so mad right now that no one told me all I needed was my Marriage License after about 10 call's to them. I am going to a Lawyer and try and start a class action suit against them for holding my payroll not being able to tell me where my money is and if they returned it.
