On Dec 16 I ordered and paid for (via Paypal) a programmable robot toy for my (disappointed) grandson. Today is Jan 5 and still no sign of it. I phoned twice (no answer - just rolled to voicemail, first on Dec 24), and emailed twice; no response to any query.
