I purchased a front loading washer in the fall of 2011. Sunday I did a load of laundry, and the water drained all over the floor. The rubber seal on the inside of the washer has a huge tear in it. I have maintained it per recommendations and we don't abuse or do many loads a week maybe 4 at the very most. I don't feel for the price I should have to replace this part out of my wallet, they could at least split it. They refuse to contact me back. I have sent emails and posted on FB and Twitter. I also purchased a fridge frm them that is less than a year old and has been serviced 5 time under warranty, They ask for you to fill out a survey and never contact you on your concerns. Why waste my time? I think they shoul stand behind the quality or thier products. My last washer lasted over 40 years and was serviced once.
