On February 27, I ordered a case of popping corn from this company. Later in the week, I had no response from the company other than they had billed my CC. I contacted the company and asked for a tracking number for my shipment. I received a "robot" email saying that they would provide shipping information when they had it.
I waited for 2 more days with no response. I sent another request for a tracking number and received the same "robot" response as before.
On March 7, I wrote to them and canceled my order, asking them to refund my CC. I again received a "robot" email saying that my request had been forwarded to the "concerned department."
On March 14, I still had no credit on my CC. I once again emailed the company wanting to know
when my refund would be processed. I, again, received a "robot" email saying that my request had been received and they were working on getting my refund processed. But... The machine that processes refunds was down the previous week, but would be working this week.
On March 17, I tried calling them by phone, and got no answer. All the extensions just rang and rang with no answer. While typing this complain, I received a call from someone named William. He assured me that he would contact the refund department for immediate processing of my refund.
I'll continue this saga when I learn more.
BTW, I ordered my popcorn from Ka-Tom and received it 3 days later. Ka-Tom is an excellent company IMHO.
