I ordered bras on 1/13/10 for $155.00 By 2/3 I hadn't received them and called customer service, no response, the next day emailed company, no response. I saw the complaints on the internet and fortunately I had paid via paypal so on 2/5 I filed a claim with them. Within an hour I got a call from Julia's Bra Shop (the call came from New York-I thought they were in North Carolina) they said the bras were on back order... I canceled the order. They said it would take 7-10 days for my refund to show up on paypal. ("it takes 7-10 days" is the answer to all questions) I did get my refund today - 4 days later. Thank you paypal. Don't be fooled by "back order" etc... The same day I filed my complaint I ordered bras from another company... They came today.
