I bought light pink curtains and a matching scarf for my daughters room. Upon receipt, I noticed that the scarf is light pink (the correct color) but the curtains are in a color called rose. The receipt and website say pink and the product says rose. When I called the company, I spoke to a woman who says that she is the manager. She told me that I can send it back (at my own expense) and that they will refund my purchase price minus my previous shipping costs. I told her that I'm not okay with that arrangement considering the fact that they sent me an item in the wrong color. This woman then tells me that they don't have the pink in stock so rose is what they decided to send instead. I proceeded to tell her that it's NOT what I ordered and that it doesn't even match the window scarf that they sent me. She then tells me that they sent me the right thing and insisted that rose and pink are the same thing. I find this to be a terrible way to run a business and I find it insulting. I am an educated person and know that difference between rose (which is actually a dark pink) and the light pink that I ordered. I would like for this company to refund ALL of my money back and provide a shipping label so that I can return their items at no cost to me.
