I ordered a watch on 11-19-02, for my daughter as a christmas present. The order was for a pink Dali watch with a pink band.
I received the watch on 12-9-02, however, it had the wrong color band (it had a red one). I called the customer service # that was posted on the papaerwork included with the watch. I was told that a pink band would be ordered and sent to me.
I SPECIFICALLY asked would it arrive before 12-24-02, and was told no problem.
On 12-17-02 I AGAIN phoned to check on the order, and was told it was in a large shipment, but would go out next day air when it was located.
On 12-23-02, still no pink watch band, again I called, I was told the shipment didnot have the watch band, but one was located in New York and was being sent out THAT DAY, next day air.
So. On 12-24-02 (Christmas Eve) I had to make special arrangements for the delivery, I waited and waited... No delivery.
On 12-26-02, I phoned, only to be told that the order did not get sent (DAH!). Now I demanded my money back. I was told that either they would send me a whole new watch at no cost and I could keep the wong one, but to get my refund I would have to send the inccorect watch back. (Now how does that make sense?)
After 5 (Count them 5) more phone calls, on 1/03/03 I received a refund check PLUS a new pink watch.
The company wanted to know if I would continue to shop with them, Ya right, when you know what freezes over.
