Chasonys' Concession Trailers Changed name but same person and location

I have a family owned catering business and back in July I looked into buying a mobile kitchen trailer. After searching around, I found what I thought to be a trustworthy company that would build me a custom trailer to fit my BBQ needs. When I purchased my trailer, I informed Tony (the owner) of my concerns and needs leading up to a catering event that was taking place in the upcoming weeks. I was told by Tony that the trailer would be complete and delivered before I had to leave out of town for the event.
My bank financed the trailer and worked with my wife and I as well as Tony to make this a smooth process. I called regularly to check in regarding the status of my trailer, they told me everything would be completed shortly and during one of my calls I was informed by Norma that it was finished and had been shipped out. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I got a call after business hours from the company the day before it was supposed to be delivered, telling me that parts had not arrived and the trailer would not be arriving the next day. So after weeks of phone calls, and false information that my trailer was on a truck already sent out, I was left with no trailer a week before my event. With little time to react, I had to cater the event without any form of kitchen on site. I had to wait all weekend to talk with Tony on the following Monday and when I talked with him he blamed my bank, even though the bank financed and sent in all forms required from the get-go. After realizing the bank was not at fault, all the company could say was "Oh, well there were 5 Cory's we were dealing with". My business at this point was picking up so I still went through with the trailer, letting this one time slide. After being let down time after time, I made the decision to drive out to Georgia to see the trailer first. They also misinformed me and ended up not even having a shipper after they told me they did, so my only option was to go pick it up myself. After days of driving I arrived to Georgia and much to my surprise, the trailer wasn't even completed (again, after being told it was). I noticed when i pulled up that my mobile kitchen was missing an awning that was supposed to be on my trailer, and was told they are on every trailer we custom build, so i went on with the understanding that the awning was in fact there (later to find out, there is no awning on my trailer). After leaving Georgia, I realized about 2 hours into my trip back home, that I was missing the stabilizers and called them immediately. I was told the stabilizers were not in my contract, which they were. They agreed to send them out after I sent proof that my contract stated stabilizers. After weeks and months of waiting, I never received them. I had to contact my attorney for legal matters and this still did nothing. I called the trailer company back myself because nothing was getting through to Tony. A lady picked up and I asked for Tony, but Tony as always, was not in the office (mind you every time I called, Tony was never in the office or nowhere to be found). After sharing my frustration with the office manager who got on the phone, and not getting anywhere, Tony magically appeared to be in the office. I told Tony I've called time and time again, contacted my attorney and have still yet to receive my stabilizers. His remark was "Well what you do in your own time is your own deal. Calling an attorney for $1000 an hour for $35 stabilizers is kinda ridiculous" He continued on by saying "obviously you don't know what you are doing because you would have just gone to the store and bought them yourself if you did", and said I'd be refunded my money for the stabilizers and hung up on me. I tried to relay to Tony that the cost of the stabilizer is not the point, but I paid for them and they should be on my trailer. And unfortunately it didn't seem to phase him one bit.
What kind of service is this? I invested time and money in a $30,000 trailer, the quality is not of that value and the setup of the appliances does not utilize the space the trailer has. So I have a trailer at my house that does not include what I paid for, is not safe to use because the ceiling leaks and I had to put in my own work because when we went through final inspections at home, the equipment had gas leaks and I had to pay out of pocket for the plumbing and fix the leaking sink. On top of that, when sharing my concerns, I get belittled and get hung up on. This company is not professional at all and do not meet any standards. Anybody can give themselves a good image or a good name online, but this company is far from what they portray online. I saw the location first hand because like I said, I drove and picked the trailer up myself and believe me, it is the complete opposite of what I sensed from online.in fact, their 3 locations are all in one lot, 2 feet away from each other and not in a good location. This company has recently changed its name to Pro Concessions from Chasony's Concession Trailers.
