I purchased a new dump trailer on 1/24 and picked it up late in the day after driving 4 hours. It was to late at night to tey out the trailer or have a good look at it, but in the morning the next day after a carefull inspection of the trailer I found several things wrong with it and notified the trailer company right away by phone (which I taped the conversation), and faxed letter explaining my concerns.
I was promised they would get new parts ordered and have the trailer fixed as soon as possible. I have since made several calls and its now been a month and still I get the run around with false promises.
I had enough and just want this resolved by a full refund or a trade of equal value of the same type of trailer.
