Ordered a new concession trailer (approximately $30,000), many months ago, promised to be in my hands delivered by early July. A month later we received it and it is without necessary working parts, defective parts, and not up to code. Leaked during rainstorm and electrical shorted. No generator as promised.
After many emails and calls, owner Tony Pearson refuses to take my calls says quote You are not my priority. He subsequently diverted me to false phone numbers. It will take many thousands to make the trailer usable. I have borrowed money for this, Tony has his money and he doesn't want to make this right. He advertises himself as having solid customer service and being a reputable firm. Please beware!
The signed invoice does not reflect what I received in my hands. I am taking every possible recourse to recoup my losses and make this right.
