I ordered 'free' trial samples of these skincare products on the 20th Nov which was advertised through Google. I had to pay $4.99 for each product sample. It has now gone 5 weeks and I still have not received the samples.
However, without my knowledge this company has debited my bank account with twice $98 and I have not even tried the sample products.
As per the other complaints the customer service stinks they either have computer problems or faulty lines or you kept waiting for long periods of time and no supervisor available. I have now cancelled my bank card to avoid further debits to my account.
