I sent for free samples and paid postage and packing of £4.74. I did not enter any arrangement for them to send me further products; there were no Terms and Conditions, nothing to indicate that further payments or products would be taken and delivered. My post office has left me a card saying a parcel from Sylkskin is waiting to be collected but that there is a customs charge of £20.14 which includs a handling fee. The money has been taken from my account without permission. How do I stop further transactions and get my money back.
