Well i love popeyes i workedin la 7 yrs 4 different popeyes i was a cook i been to the popeyes on airport bld the first time i went i was xcited well i ordered 2 peice white extra breast meals spicy i sat down to eat and it was original i went up and said this is original not spicy well she said yes it is they must not of mixed it right but the spicy was cooking so they gave me original thinking i was leaving she saID WELL YOULL HAVE TO WAIT 12 MIN ITS COOKINGi said ok ill just throw this away she came running no dont throw that awayi need to count that in my waist took it behind the counter i think that would be against board of heath rules well as all my other food got cold i didnt complain she even threw my biscuit away well after i ate almost to the end my son said mom look i said what son he said theres a black curly hair in my food both of us has long strait brown hair i just had to go back up they trated me like mam we dont need your problems well i took the box up there and i said mam to the manager look in the box and tell me what you see she said nothing i say look again its a hair she said its your hair mam i said hows thaT I DONT HAVE BLACK CURLY hair im not here asking for free food mam im here to show you what happen to gety a apoligy and you to fix the problem she said ok mam have a nice day and walked away i was very dissapointed not only did i get the wrong food order i got the origial instead of spicy and the rest of my food was cold then i wanted to complin and they tried to avoid me and blamed me fo there mistakethis was like 2 weeks ago well i said maybe they ok it was just a mistake i said lets go to popeys tonight and my son said no mom they nasty i said just lets go try again so i ordered a bucket i ate the firsst peice was looking pink and just a little bloody i dont know how i get 3 raw peice i was so hungry i ate the raw simi cooked chicken breast i didnt wanna complain cause i felt imbarresed i tryed the chicken wing it wasnt spicy but it taste old ols nasty like 2 to4 hrs old it was the only peice in my 10 peice like that i just couldnt hold back any longer i wentup there niceshe tells m e you shouldof brought it back be4 you ate off it im like mam theres only a thigh and breat gone which r raw like the rest of these couple of peices she says you alwats got a complaint well ive ate at alot of popeyes and i assure you none like the only two times i been here no apoligy no let me make it up to you but i wasnt there for free food as u recall i hd a 10 peice thats alot of money tho i work hard for down the drain there like dont come here if you gonna complin take you r food and leave not litterly saying those words just walked away from me and left me feeling that way i never seen a business that doesnt care about there custermers this really sucks and my fris were cold this is sad that they run there customers off sorry about the complaining i feel cheated the worst part is the cicken was raw and pink and she told me that was cooked i thought chicken was white when done not pink raw looking blood spots i will have to recook it in the oven
