I purchased a $700.00 gift card and it took several days before it got to my account. I checked on it and there was a $700.00 gift card in my account. Later when I tried to use it, there was only 57 cents left on my gift card. I contacted them and they said someone elses name was on the gift card not mine. I contacted them again and they did not know what happened to my gift card, but they would have the IT department check into it and get back to me. I never heard back from them. I filed a complaint with my local Sheriff and he called them and they said they did not know what happened but they would turn it over to the IT department and they would call us back. After 2 weeks no return call. I contacted them again to express my concerns about Fraud and still no contact from them.
