When I was shopping for a TV, Phone and internet provider I came across time TWC Advertisement with campaign code “switch to TWC” and receive $200.00 gift card, this offer was for customer to sign up with TWC and stay current on invoices for 90 days and then within 6 to 8 weeks we would receive the gift card.
I did just that, I signed up on January 12th I followed all the steps by sending proper paper work and register my enrollment for the gift card that was due to arrive as of June 12th, once I contacted TWC and asking about my gift card, they pushed me around for 2 weeks and each time they took my written complaint and said someone from TWC will call me, that never happened, finally I was able to talk to a supervisor who said for unknown reasons my gift card is delayed and it will be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Only now I realize that this company is one of the worse providers that I have ever worked with and did business with.
I am doing what is writing by pursing different steps in order to collect what TWC agreed to.
