I paid $87.00 for a gift card valued at $100.00. When I tried to use the card, it had ZERO VALUE. I called the customer service department at the retailer that the gift card was for (Bath and Body Works) and they confirmed that the card had no cash value on it.
This company either sells gift cards without verifying their value, or they knowingly sell gift cards that have no value.
Gift Card Rescue has thus far refused to issue me a refund or another card worth $100.00. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and has yet to be resolved.
