I ordered a Bernie Kosar jersey for a Christmas present. I received an order confirmation but never received a tracking number or confirmation of delivery. I sent them several emails through the site but did not get a reply. I replied to the initial email and I got a response that said "I am so sorry, my friend, and the jersey you ordered is on backorder now, in these days, and we will arrange to shipped out for you, my friend." I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but I have not received a reply.
