I ordered a part on 7/2/08 and provided bank routing & account numbers for payment. Got an immediate order confirmation email. Payment was withdrawn from my bank on 7/11/08.
I replied to the confirmation email from [email protected] on 7/21/08, asking for shipment status, tracking number, etc; the email was NOT rejected as undeliverable, but I got no response.
I opened a Customer Support ticket on the www.garagedoorsupply.com website on 7/22, and after two days I have gotten no reply and the ticket has not been updated. As of 7/24/08 I have received nothing and after seeing the experiences of others reported here I have concluded that I am the victim of consumer fraud.
I filed a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau (who already had 11 non-delivery complaints on file for this company, under a couple of diffferent names but the same address). Next on my list is the New Jersey Attorney General.
