I ordered a customized jersey for my son for Christmas. As of February 5th, it was not recieved. I contacted customer service requesting a status on my order 5 times. I received one reply stating basically it would be shipped when it was done.
And I just recieved this one when I contacted support and told them I was going to report their website.
