My wife ordered bedding on 11-03-12. We returned the item on 11-05-12 thru UPS, with the company's authorized labeling and required "return authorization number". It has been six weeks, and we still have not received a credit to our credit card. Per my three phone calls, they are still claiming that they did not receive the item at their warehouse. They tell me that I need a tracking number, but when I mailed it, I was not given one. The box was large. How could it have been be lost in transit? I can't get anywhere with this company!
