I ordered photo editing software from this company. The on line site stated it was compatible with Windows 7. When the box arrived, it stated only XP and Vista. I requested authorization for return. This took several tries as they tried to avoid it. I finally got it and returned the item with tracking and delivery confirmation. A week after they received it I still was not informed credit would be applied. I attempted to contact them several times. They finally replied they lost my credit information and had to call a number in Canada! After a week they still did not credit my account. Several e-mails later and over a month after they received the returned item I finally got the credit minus the shipping charges. First, they falsely advertised the item, then the repeated attempts to avoid crediting my account. Recommend you do not purchase directly from this company
