My wife and me went to this store to pick up our new cellphone, The employee ask for all our information and then she ask us for the battery we told her that they only gave us the cover and the rent cellphone. She call the manager to the front the same employee who attend us that day. He insist that he gave the battery back. I told him that he was wrong that he gave me only the rent cellphone. And he in a very bad attitude told me that he does that every day and he always gave the clients the battery back. We insist that day when we left the store the cellphone was connected to the machine on and is was on the counter. I told he him that he could check the security cameras of that day. Immediately he offer me a replacement. Im very disappointed with that store im been a client for many years and this is the first time this happen to me. They really lost a client. Im worry maybe im not the only person that happened this. I hope somebody could investigate. Im from the military and feel that i been accused of liar and thief. I would appreciate what you can do.
